Stockholders who hold Power Solutions International stock as of the close of business on July 25, 2012 and those who hold a valid proxy for the annual meeting are entitled to attend in person. Stockholders who hold stock through a broker, bank, trust, or other holder of record and who wish to attend the annual meeting should arrive with proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date, such as their most recent account statement prior to July 25, 2012, a copy of the voting instruction card provided by their broker, bank, trust, or other holder of record, or similar evidence of ownership.
