Due to unexpected delays, the financial statements for the Power Great Lakes, Inc. Employees 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”) for the year ended December 31, 2016 and corresponding audit cannot be completed in time to file the Plan’s Annual Report on Form 11-K without unreasonable effort or expense. The Plan is making diligent efforts to file its Annual Report on Form 11-K as soon as practicable.
