Power Solutions International Announces Annual Meeting

WOOD DALE, Ill., Aug. 16, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Solutions International, Inc. (OTCBB:PSIX), a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of emissions-certified alternative-fuel and conventional power systems, announced today that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the offices of Power Solutions International, Inc., 201 Mittel Drive, Wood Dale, Illinois 60191. Stockholders who hold Power Solutions International stock as of the close of business on July 25, 2012 and those who hold a valid proxy for the annual meeting are entitled to attend in person. Stockholders who hold stock through a broker, bank, trust, or other holder of record and who wish to attend the annual meeting should arrive with proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date, such as their most recent account statement prior to July 25, 2012, a copy of the voting instruction card provided by their broker, bank, trust, or other holder of record, or similar evidence of ownership.
